A fantastic resource for all things writing related.  There are great resources for the writing process, writing about literature, and using MLA. 
I strongly encourage you to download the app.  This is a free, fast, and effective way to look up words.  The best feature is that it will pronounce the word for you.


A comprehensive online reference source that is a great starting point for research.  There are links to everything you can possibly think of, and more:  Encyclopedias, dictionaries, search engines, US and world newspapers, weather, fact search, current news, almanacs, writing guides, and MUCH more. 

Possibly one of the greatest apps of all time!  This FREE app is a great organizational tool for students and parents alike.  Set up an account and you can create, capture, and store notes, photos, URLs, webpages, voice memos, and virtually any digital content for free.  You can organize notes into notebooks, add tags, and even share your notes with others.  The best part is that you can access your notes from ANY device that has internet access.

FREE audio book, e-book, and music rentals from Camellia.  All you need is your library card number from a participating local library (both Gadsden and Anniston public libraries offer access).  AWESOME!

Read e-books on your computer or phone without buying a reader!  Many books are offered FREE!  Simply click the link provided to download the Kindle Reader for PC app to your device.  If you prefer to download to your smartphone, you must download from the app store.
